The situation

RS Decor came to me after a bad experience with their previous web company. Poor updates had caused their search rankings to tank, their Google Business Profile had been suspended, and they had lost all of their inbound leads. They found me through a local Google search.

What I did

I started by getting their Google Business Profile reinstated and cleaned up. Then I built them a brand new website and put a proper SEO strategy in place to recover the rankings they had lost.

The focus was on getting them back to where they were as fast as possible, then building from there.

The results

Within 3 months, RS Decor were back to their former search positions. Their local rankings recovered fully and leads started coming in again.

In fact, the client now generates enough leads that they had to reduce their SEO plan because they can’t take on any more work. That is the kind of problem worth having.

RS Decor now appear at the top of Google for local painting and decorating searches, including in the Google Maps pack and Google’s AI Overview.
