I'll be honest. For most small business websites, I don't use WordPress. I'm based in Falkirk and I work with businesses across Scotland and the UK. For the majority of them, I build with modern tools that are faster, more secure, and don't need the constant maintenance that WordPress demands.
But WordPress is still the right choice in certain situations. If you need an online shop with WooCommerce, if you rely on specific WordPress plugins, if you want to manage your own content day-to-day, or if you already have a WordPress site that needs rebuilding properly, then WordPress makes sense.
