Most websites built before 2020 weren't properly tested on mobile. Even newer sites often have buttons too small to tap and text too small to read.
"I Googled my business and couldn't find it"
If your title tags and headings aren't set up properly, Google doesn't know what your site is about. This is one of the easiest things to fix.

Uncompressed images, bloated plugins, cheap hosting. Slow sites lose visitors and Google penalises them in rankings.

Why it matters
Largest Contentful Paint takes 4.2 seconds on a 4G connection. At 4.2s LCP this page is outside Google's recommended threshold of 2.5s. Google's LCP guidance.
What I would do
Compress and convert to WebP (typical saving: 80-90%). Add explicit width and height attributes. Serve a smaller version to mobile via the picture element.
Difficulty
30 minutes for a developer with access to your CMS. Not a full rebuild, just a fix.
Other things commonly flagged: missing meta descriptions, duplicate H1 tags, contact phone number not click-to-call on mobile, mixed-content SSL warnings, indexable thank-you pages, broken internal links, contact form not delivering email reliably. Real findings, real fixes.
