Google Business Profile
Google Business Profile management, handled for you
Regular posts, review responses on your behalf if you want them, unlimited photo updates, and post adjustments whenever you ask. All handled.
A Google profile that's left idle loses ground
Google rewards active profiles. Businesses that post regularly, respond to reviews quickly, and keep their information updated consistently outrank those that don't. If your competitor is posting every week and you haven't touched your profile in months, Google notices.
The problem is that most business owners don't have time to manage their Google Business Profile on top of running their business. That's where I come in. I handle your GBP management as part of your monthly support plan, so your profile stays active and competitive without you having to think about it.
I work with businesses across Falkirk, Stirling, Edinburgh, and the rest of the UK. Whether you're a tradesperson, a local shop, or a professional service, the approach is the same: keep your profile active, keep it accurate, and keep it working for you.

Monthly performance reporting (profile views, search appearances, calls, direction requests) is available as a separate add-on at £29/m on Growth or Pro plans. Social media management is also an add-on at £79/m. Both are optional; some clients want the data, some do not.
What management looks like in practice
Posts go out on a regular cadence (every two weeks on Growth, weekly on Pro). I write them based on what is happening in your business: services, completed projects, seasonal updates, helpful tips for customers. The point is to keep the profile active so Google sees an engaged business, not a dormant one.
On reviews, I monitor as they come in. If you want me to respond on your behalf, I will. Some clients prefer to write their own responses and just want me to flag new reviews when they appear; that is fine too. We agree the approach when we start.
Photo updates are unlimited. Send me anything new and I will post it. Specific posts at your request (price changes, time-sensitive offers, anything urgent) go up promptly rather than waiting for the cadence.
Performance reporting (profile views, search appearances, calls, direction requests) is available as a £29/m add-on if you want the data. Some clients want it; some prefer to focus on whether the phone is ringing. Both are valid answers.

Best results come from the full picture
GBP management on its own is valuable, but it works best alongside a fast website and an active local SEO strategy. The Growth and Pro plans include all three: website hosting and support, GBP management, and ongoing SEO. If your profile isn't optimised yet, I'll do that as part of the optimisation before starting management.
