What management looks like in practice
Every month I create and publish posts to your Google Business Profile. These could be updates about your services, seasonal offers, completed projects, or helpful tips for your customers. The posts keep your profile active and give Google fresh signals that your business is engaged.
When you get a new review, I make sure it gets a professional response quickly. Positive reviews get a thank you. Negative reviews get a measured, constructive reply. I also set up a review link and optional QR card so you can easily ask happy customers for reviews.
On Pro plans, you also get a monthly performance report showing profile views, search appearances, phone calls, and direction requests. Real numbers that show you whether it's working.
