Two website builds, ongoing SEO, and GBP management for a Falkirk-based home improvements company covering Central Scotland.
The situation
LJD Home Improvements are a Falkirk-based company specialising in kitchens, bathroom renovations, and joinery work across Central Scotland. I connected with them through the Forth Valley Chamber of Commerce, where we are both members.
They had a self-built website and were ready to step things up with something more professional.
What I did
I built them a new website designed to showcase their work and convert local visitors into enquiries. About a year later, as the business expanded, we did a full rebuild with a stronger focus on SEO and local visibility.
That second build was the turning point. We started pushing on local search rankings and set up proper Google Business Profile management to support their growth.
Where they are now
LJD Home Improvements are on an ongoing monthly plan covering SEO and Google Business Profile management. Two website builds in, they have a strong online presence that has grown alongside their business.
